Tourist maps 4.0
Don't waste time and money on “dead”, paper-based maps or static images. We bring tourist maps to life by providing them with real-time location, routes, perspective navigation, voice searches and other interactive features typical of modern GPS applications… but focused on experiences during walking tours.
IPS, the Indoor GPS
For buildings and covered places, such as museums and other tourist facilities, we offer different options of Indoor Positioning Systems (IPS), accessible and adaptable to each reality. Our exclusive algorithms allow you to accurately and accurately trace visitor positioning on tourist maps, including automatic transition between multiple floors, outdoor/indoor areas, working online and offline, among other features.
Routes (Wayfinding)
Road routes from GPS apps are useless in private places like parks or buildings, or in ecotourism regions. The Zapt Platform allows you to easily define and maintain all passages, trails and transitions available to visitors so that routes can be traced on tourist maps, including direction restrictions and names used in voice navigation.
Content that's easy to maintain and deliver!
All informative content, including maps and experience itineraries for Points of Interest (attractions, programming, services, etc.) , based on the user's location.
Voice search, text and map interaction
The tourist simply asks the application or the page read by QR Code: “Where is the bathroom?”. And you receive a route on a tourist map of the restrooms, in order of proximity. Click on the desired direction and you are given a route to help you walk there.
Pocket audio guide!
Imagine the following Tourism 4.0 scene: a visitor arrives at a destination accompanied by his family group, intending to stay for 3 hours. He soon notices a Totem at the entrance with a QR Code that reads: “Access the Map and Audio Guided Tours“. It then reads and downloads not only a beautiful, up-to-date interactive map of the location, but also a list of guided tours. Choose the visit that everyone liked the most, for the time they have, and then start the visit.
From there, a digital guide on the cell phone starts to advise them by narrating directions, explaining attractions and points of interest, changing automatically as the group walks, as the guide knows the precise location of the visitors. The group comfortably walks around the place, contemplating and carrying out experiments without the need to look at the cell phone screen at all times. At some point, one of them decides to put on headphones and continue the visit with his cell phone in his pocket, describing the highlights narrated to the others.
After 3 hours of visiting, everyone leaves with the feeling of having made the most of all the available time they had - in a safe, flexible, relaxed and intimate way, without the risk of crowds and without restrictions of time, schedule and the constraints inherent to the traditional visiting groups.
The curators and specialists of the place update and create more and more visitation itineraries, typing the texts to be narrated, according to the visit points. With this technique, they are able to produce a new script every two days, without involving announcers and other complications.
This family loved it and note that there are other larger visits that they can do next time. She then discloses and returns as soon as possible.
This 4.0 experience is now possible with Zapt audioguide technologies!
“Proximity” mode!
An alternative to the guided tour is the exploratory mode, which displays or narrates the most relevant information by mere proximity, as the visitor walks freely.
Location-based notifications
News can be sent as lock screen notifications to visitors when they arrive at a new floor, lobby or specific region of a tourist location. In this way, sent based on one's current context, they are truly relevant. Offers, alerts and information then start to receive everyone's attention.
Sites, Apps, QR Codes, and… Interactive Totems
The maps and content maintained on the Zapt Platform can be made available on websites, applications, accessible via QR Code or also, as a form of support and dissemination, in totems of different sizes.
Visit flow data intelligence
Heat maps generated from Big-Data containing the entire flow of customer visits, allowing time filters and profile generation based on visits.
Giveaways managed by the app
Possibility to schedule sweepstakes managed by the assistant app and carried out only among customers present on site. The app presents a list of prizes and notifies users minutes before the times of each draw, leading the winner to the gift collection location.
Survey
Satisfaction, collected via the app at the end of each customer visit.
Interactive Totems
With the company's visual identity, providing the same features as the app.
